Arrival
You’ll be collected from the airport (or hotel).
Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
Day 1
On this day your Mr Shuttle Driver/Guide will meet you for pick up at your Hotel in Johannesburg or the International Airport. You will be taken to Pilanesberg Nature Reserve where Tshukudu Lodge is situated.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed at the Lodge with a welcome drink, then you will be assisted with your check-in and be taken to your rooms. Depending on time of arrival, lunch can be arranged. Later that afternoon you will be enjoy a High Tea and the taken by your game ranger on a afternoon game drive.
The Pilanesberg National Park is home to the “Big 5”. Included halfway during the game drives, are morning coffee, muffins and sun downer stops. The field guides will take you on an ethological journey through this unique South African paradise. After your game drive you will be taken back to the lodge where dinner will be served. Tshukudu is renowned for its exceptional African cuisine. Meals are enjoyed on the main deck, in the intimate dining room or around the fire.
Day 2
Full Day at Tshukudu Lodge
This day will start with a wake up call from your ranger for your first early morning Game drive. You will enjoy some Coffee, Tea and snacks before heading off on the game drive.
After the game drive you will be taken back to the lodge for a refreshing breakfast served at the restaurant.
You will have a large portion of the day for leisure time, which you can enjoy at the lodge pool or Spa Treatments and other activities can be arranged. Later that afternoon you will once again enjoy a High-Tea and go on a afternoon/evening game drive, and later be taken back to the lodge for dinner, where-after you can settle in for the night.
Day 3
Game Drive & Breakfast in the AM and Departure to JHB
Your last morning you will wake early hours of the morning to enjoy your last morning game drive, tea, coffee and snacks. Upon arrival at the lodge you will enjoy breakfast and then your Mr Shuttle driver/guide will meet you at reception to assist with check-out and your journey back to JHB will start. This tour can be customised to more days as requested and more activities can be arranged. Its a Malaria Free area and only a mere 3 hour drive from JHB.Your last morning you will wake early hours of the morning to enjoy your last morning game drive, tea, coffee and snacks. Upon arrival at the lodge you will enjoy breakfast and then your Mr Shuttle driver/guide will meet you at reception to assist with check-out and your journey back to JHB will start. This tour can be customised to more days as requested and more activities can be arranged. Its a Malaria Free area and only a mere 3 hour drive from JHB.
